Mental Health Coaching
First Session
Your first session marks the beginning of your coaching journey. During this time, we'll start with a brief interview and some short questionnaires to help understand your needs and goals. Together, we’ll begin to define what you want to achieve through coaching. This session is all about building a trusting relationship and getting to know each other, ensuring you feel supported from the start. Typically, this session lasts around 70 minutes.
Follow-up Session
In each follow-up session, we will actively work together on your personalized coaching plan, helping you make progress toward your individual goals. These sessions are designed to provide you with the support, tools, and insights you need to achieve personal growth and well-being. Each session typically lasts around 50 minutes.
Couples Session
Couples coaching is designed to help both partners reconnect with their shared goals as a couple while also honoring their individual needs. Together, we’ll work on building healthier communication skills and empowering you both to resolve challenges in a constructive, supportive way. These sessions aim to strengthen your relationship by fostering deeper understanding and mutual growth. Each session typically lasts about 60 minutes.
